Many of the most common problems you'll encounter on our site can be fixed by simply cleaning your browser's cache. Those include:

• Can't read [Adult+] stories even after agreeing to the age waiver.
• Can't login or stay logged in.
• Beta Profiles won't show up, even after you've filled everything in.

I do have to warn you that by following these directions you will be logged out of any Web sites or message boards you're on, including this one. This is because you're clearing everything out of the spot on your computer where the information that keeps you logged in is stored. The reason you're clearing it is because sometimes your cache can saved bugged, glitched, or simply has old or out-of-date copies of our web page files.

To begin, please pick your browser from the list:

• Internet Explorer
• Mozilla Firefox
• Opera
• Netscape
• America Online
• Safari

Note: With these directions, I'm assuming that you're using the most recent version of that particular browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Click "Tools" and select "Internet Options."
2. If you aren't there already, click on the "General" tab.
3. Under browsing history, click "Delete."
4. From there, click on "Delete Files."
5. Click "yes" on the confirmation box that appears.
6. Click on, "Delete Cookies."
7. Click "yes" on the confirmation box that appears.
8. Click "Close."
9. On "Internet Options" click "Okay" to close the options menu.
10. Finally, close and reopen your browser window.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click "Tools" and select "Options"
2. Click on the "Cookies" tab.
3. Click on "Clear Cookies Now"
4. Click on the "Cache" tab.
5. Click on "Clear Cache Now"
6. Finally, click "Okay" back on the main screen to close the options menu.
7. Finally, close and reopen your browser window.

Opera

1. Click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data ."
2. Click on "Details >>" to expand the list.
3. Make sure the first four options are checked:
   • Delete Temporary Cookies
   • Delete All Cookies
   • Delete password-protected pages and data
   • Delete entire cache
4. Click "Delete" back on the main screen to close the menu.
5. Finally, close and reopen your browser window.

Netscape

1. Click "Tools" and select "Options."
2. Click on "Privacy."
3. Click on "Cookies" to expand the option.
4. Click "Clear."
5. If a confirmation screen appears, click "OK."
6. Click on "Cache" to expand the option.
7. Click "Clear"
8. If a confirmation screen appears, click "OK."
9. Click "OK" back on the main screen to close the options menu.
10. Finally, close and reopen your browser window.

America Online

1. Click "Start"
2. Select "Settings", then "Control Panel."
3. Doubleclick "Internet Options" to open "Internet Properties."
4. Click "Delete Files."
5. If a confirmation box appears, click "OK."
6. Click "OK" back on the main screen to close the window.

Safari

1. Open "Safari"
2. Select "Empty Cache"
3. If a confirmation box appears, click on "Empty."
4. Finally, close and reopen your browser window.
