About my services: I like to beta. I'm very organized in my suggestions, very thorough. I place a particular emphasis on style, because I believe it's what makes or breaks a story. But I am quite clear on grammar rules, and will not hesitate to suggest correcting sloppy grammar if it hampers the story's flow.
Characterization is a cornerstone to writing fan-fiction (as well as original stories), so I will often question your character analysis and how you convey it in your story.
I prefer interacting with an author than simply returning a "corrected" document. I don't think that helps at all. Though some people claim to be blunt to the point of rudeness, I prefer discussing possible changes to a story on equals grounds.
Will not read: I will not read stories that do not follow canon elements or stories where the characters are made to be OOC--unless it's a *damn good* AU or parody. That includes yaoi stories where the characters are heterosexual in canon, random character-bashing, male pregnancy, or any such nonsense. I'm a self-admitted canon nazi, and you'll surely receive no praise from me for that kind of fic.
