The tactician of any army has a large weight on her shoulders, doubly so when she herself is in the fray. Every man and woman in her ranks has a life, a story, a home to return to. Ensuring every single one of those men and women survive the war, and she herself keeps her head on her shoulders, sometimes seems like too much. She can easily become absorbed by her work, studying maps and strategies, practicing magic and swordplay. She forgets the need to know her army, to leave the work behind her, too worried about losing one life to live her own.

Thankfully, he's there to soothe and remind her every once in a while.
