Please shoot me an email at moderators at lunaescence.com from the email associated with your account, and I'll reset your password for you. As far as the 'failed to send' part, I'll be sure to check this out. Since this is the first report I've gotten of this, I'd appreciate it if you could send me a little more info (like the browser you were using at the time.)

To anyone waiting to register for Front Desk, registration is now fixed! Do keep in mind there's currently an issue with some emails not being received by Outlook users, so we recommend using a non-Microsoft email (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) to ensure you received your confirmation email.
